HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
Since all orders are processed within one day, we recommend cancelling as soon as possible! Sending us an email within 30 minutes of making your order stating you would like to cancel our order will suffice, and we can organise everything for you. Entitle the email "CANCEL ORDER" when sending. 

ARE YOUR LASHES CRUELTY-FREE?
Yes! Our lashes are 100% ethically sourced, and cruelty-free.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I RE-WEAR YOUR LASHES?
Our lashes can be re-worn up to 25 times when looked after! 

DOES EYELASH GLUE AUTOMATICALLY COME WITH MY ORDER?
We we not stock and provide eyelash glue at this time.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not provide returns or exchanges on our products.In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged or is faulty, we will happily replace the damaged/faulty goods for you. You can find more information on our Refund Policy page.
