Refund Policy

RETURNS

We’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Please note that shipping costs are not covered by KIORA LDN when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. KIORA LDN will not be responsible for items lost in transit whilst being returned to us. Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on.

  • Your original order form MUST be included when returning any item(s).

 

  • Returned items should be new, free of smells and unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original packages.

 

  • Beauty items such as lashes are non-refundable/exchangeable due to hygiene purposes.


Please allow up to 21 days for your us to receive and process your items.

We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return back at our warehouse in its original condition. Once received, we'll refund your original payment method - this is usually done within 24 hours.

It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer. If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 24 hours for all returned items to be refunded.

EXCHANGES

KIORA LDN does not offer exchanges on returned items at this time but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you'd prefer.


LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

FAULTY ITEM

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a faulty, damaged or soiled item please contact our Customer Service Team at CUSTOMERSERVICE@KIORALDN.COM with the following:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name
  • A description and image of the fault

SALE Items

We do not accept returns for sale items 

Any final SALE items which are attempted to be returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

INCORRECT ITEM

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as we receive it.

Please fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to say the item is incorrect and put the note in your parcel when you send it back. Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on.

If you still want the order and they're still in stock, please order them through our website as normal.
